The Club consists of 24 beautiful homes ideally located on the 18th hole of the acclaimed Canyon Ridge Club golf course. Owners enjoy amenities including golf, tennis, heated pool, and hiking trails. Additional amenities planned in 2008 are clubhouse and fitness center.
What are the advantages of Vacation Partnership ownership?
The Lookout Mountain Residence Club has been designed to provide an alternative to traditional vacation-home ownership. Owners are provided full benefits of traditional individual ownership at a fraction of the cost. With professional management and a comprehensive maintenance program, members enjoy worry-free vacation use while common stress and responsibility of a second home are greatly reduced.
Is the Lookout Mountain Private Residence Club a Timeshare?
No. Timeshare is the right to use of a particular week and is restricted to a specific unit. The Vacation Partnership is owned and enjoyed much like a private equity golf club. Owners have a deed to a specific property with a great deal of flexibility. Club Members also enjoy the privilege of sharing their home with other Club Members, with the right to use anytime.
How Many Ownerships Will Be Sold?
There will be no more than six owners per residence. Plans call for 24 homes and only 144 owners.
Can My Ownership Be Resold?
Yes. Like any other form of real estate, the interest can be sold or transferred by the owner, or sold by a licensed real estate agent. The Lookout Mountain Club will also provide a rotating re-sale pool to offer Members a second exit strategy if their personal situation changes.
As An Owner, How Often Can I Stay At My Club?
As often as you wish – there is no limit to the amount of use.
